PROG:EDIT:PHAS:RAMP
Sets the phase change of a sequence step.
Set the U phase angle with the U phase offset (PROG:EDIT:PHAS:UOFF).
Set the V phase angle with the U-V phase difference (PROG:EDIT:PHAS:UV).
Set the W phase angle with the U-W phase difference (PROG:EDIT:PHAS:UW).
This command is valid in single-phase three-wire output or three-phase output (PCR-LE optional).

Returns the phase change settings of the specified step in the following order in response to PROG:EDIT:PHAS:RAMP? <step_NR1>.
