TRIG:SEQ5:SOUR/ TRIG:PROG:SOUR
Sets the condition (trigger source) that determines when the sequence 5 group actually executes a sequence operation after the PCR receives the INIT:SEQ5 PROG or INIT:NAME PROG command.
