SIM:T1:PHAS:STAT
Sets whether the voltage regulation start of power line abnormality simulations will be set in terms of time or in terms of phase.
When you have selected time, use SIM:T1:TIME to set the voltage regulation start time.
When you have selected phase, use SIM:T1:PHAS to set the voltage regulation start phase.
