MEAS:CURR:HARM/ FETC:CURR:HARM
MEAS:CURR:HARM? starts a new measurement and then queries the harmonic currents.
FETC:CURR:HARM? queries the harmonic currents without starting a new measurement.
This command is invalid in single-phase three-wire output or three-phase output (PCR-LE optional).
If the EX05-PCR-LE is in use (optional), this command is valid when the signal source is set to internal signal source (FUNC:SOUR INT).
The valid mode (parameter to the OUTP:COUP command) is AC.

Response
Returns the harmonic currents, from the first to the fortieth, in a comma-separated list of values in NR3 format in response to MEAS:CURR:HARM? or FETC:CURR:HARM?.
