Sets the averaging period of the measured values (excluding the peak current).

Returns the averaging period of the measured values in NR1 format in response to SENS:AVER?.
With the addition of the averaging period of the measured values setting function, the function for averaging measured values has been deleted. Errors do not occur when this command is received but the command is invalid.
