CURR:PEAK:LOW
Sets the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential.
Single-phase three-wire output or Three-phase output (optional): Sets the AC current upper limit of all phases at once.

Response
Returns the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential in NR3 format in response to CURR:PEAK:LOW?.
In case of the single-phase three-wire output, CURR:PEAK:LOW? returns a comma-separated list of the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential <NR3> for U and V phases.
In case of the three-phase output, CURR:PEAK:LOW? returns a comma-separated list of the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential <NR3> for U, V, and W phases.
