Sets the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential of each phase.
This command is valid in single-phase three-wire output or three-phase output (optional).

Returns the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential of U phase in NR3 format in response to CURR1:PEAK:LOW?.
Returns the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential of V phase in NR3 format in response to CURR2:PEAK:LOW?.
Returns the output peak current limit of the negative electric potential of W phase in NR3 format in response to CURR3:PEAK:LOW?.
