Trigger command.
This is a substitute command for IEEE 488.1 get (Group Execute Trigger).
See IEEE 488.2-1992 section 10.37.
Triggers are accepted when all the following conditions are met.
・TRIG:ACQ:SOUR or TRIG:TRAN:SOUR or both is set to BUS.
・The trigger function whose trigger source is set to BUS has been initialized with INIT（INIT:ACQ, INIT:TRAN:PROG）.
If the PLZ12005WH/PLZ20005WH is in a state in which it does not accept triggers, an SCPI error (-211, "Trigger ignored") occurs.
