MEAS{1|2|3}:CURR:HARM:RAT/ FETC{1|2|3}:CURR:HARM:RAT
MEAS{1|2|3}:CURR:HARM:RAT? starts a new measurement and then queries the harmonic currents (as percentages) of the specified phase.
FETC{1|2|3}:CURR:HARM:RAT? queries the harmonic currents (as percentages) of the specified phase without starting a new measurement.
This command is valid in single-phase three-wire output or three-phase output (PCR-LE optional).
If the EX05-PCR-LE is in use (optional), this command is valid when the signal source is set to internal signal source (FUNC:SOUR INT).
The valid modes (parameters to the OUTP:COUP command) is AC.

Response
Returns the harmonic currents of U phase, from the first to the fortieth, (as percentages) in a comma-separated list of values in NR3 format in response to MEAS1:CURR:HARM:RAT? or FETC1:CURR:HARM:RAT?.
Returns the harmonic currents of V phase, from the first to the fortieth, (as percentages) in a comma-separated list of values in NR3 format in response to MEAS2:CURR:HARM:RAT? or FETC2:CURR:HARM:RAT?.
Returns the harmonic currents of W phase, from the first to the fortieth, (as percentages) in a comma-separated list of values in NR3 format in response to MEAS3:CURR:HARM:RAT? or FETC3:CURR:HARM:RAT?.
