PROG:STEP<n>:SLEW

Sets the slew rate at the specified step of the program selected by PROG.

Parameter <n>

Value Specifies the step number
Example STEP1

Parameter <numeric>

Value Slew rate
Unit A1

     1. The actual unit is A/μs

Response

Returns the slew rate at the specified step in NR3 format in response to the PROG:STEP<n>:SLEW? query.
