Trigger function
Sets the trigger count.
Command (Sequence 1)
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:COUNt {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:COUNt? [{MIN|MAX}]
Command (Sequence 2)
TRIGger:SEQuence2:COUNt {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
TRIGger:SEQuence2:COUNt? [{MIN|MAX}]
Parameter
Value: | 1 to 16 (default: 1) |
Resolution: | 1 |
Table 4 shows the setting that is specified when *RST or *RCL is sent.
Response
Returns the trigger count in the NR1 form in response to TRIG:COUN / TRIG:SEQ2:COUN?.
Sets the time from when the INIT command is received till the measurement is started, if TRIG:SOUR is set to TIM (timer).
Command (Sequence 1)
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:TIMer {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:TIMer? [{MIN|MAX}]
Command (Sequence 2)
TRIGger:SEQuence2:TIMer {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
TRIGger:SEQuence2:TIMer? [{MIN|MAX}]
Parameter
Value: | 0.01 to 60.00 (default: 0.01) |
Resolution: | 0.01 |
Table 4 shows the setting that is specified when *RST or *RCL is sent.
Response
Returns the time from when the INIT command is received till the measurement is started in the NR3 form in response to TRIG:TIM / TRIG:SEQ2:TIM?.
Sets the condition (trigger source) for actually starting the measurement after the INIT command is received.
Command (Sequence 1)
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:SOURce {BUS|IMMediate|TIMer}
TRIGger[:SEQuence[1]]:SOURce?
Command (Sequence 2)
TRIGger:SEQuence2:SOURce {BUS|IMMediate|TIMer}
TRIGger:SEQuence2:SOURce?
Parameter
Value: | BUS | Value: BUS Wait for a software trigger (*TRG, TRIG, or IEEE488.1 get (Group Execute Trigger)) to start the measurement |
IMMediate | Start the measurement immediately (default) | |
TIMer | Wait the amount of time specified by TRIG:TIM to start the measurement |
Table 4 shows the setting that is specified when *RST or *RCL is sent.
Response
Returns the current trigger source setting in the NR3 form in response to TRIG:SOUR / TRIG:SEQ2:SOUR?.
Starts the trigger function simultaneously for sequence 1 and sequence 2.
If TRIG:SOUR IMM is specified, measurement starts immediately. If TRIG:SOUR BUS is specified, the KFM2150 waits for a software trigger (IEEE488.1 Group Execute Trigger command or *TRG command) to start the measurement.
When measurement starts, the MEAS bit of the OPER register is set. When the measurement is completed, the bit is reset.
The INIT command discards the measured data that is being held. If an FETC? query is sent immediately after the INIT command, measured data is returned after waiting for the measurement to be completed.
Command
INITiate[:IMMediate][:ALL]
Starts the trigger function independently for sequence 1 or sequence 2.
If TRIG:SOUR IMM is specified, measurement starts immediately in the corresponding sequence group. If TRIG:SOUR BUS is specified, the KFM2150 waits for a software trigger to start the measurement.
When measurement starts, the MEAS bit of the OPER register is set. When the measurement is completed, the bit is reset.
The INIT command discards the measured data that is being held. If an FETC? query is sent immediately after the INIT command, measured data is returned after waiting for the measurement to be completed.
Command (Sequence 1)
INITiate[:IMMediate]:SEQuence[1]
Command (Sequence 2)
INITiate[:IMMediate]:SEQuence2
Starts the trigger function independently for sequence 1 while holding the voltage and current waveform data.
If TRIG:SOUR IMM is specified, measurement starts immediately.
INITiate[:IMMediate]:SEQuence[1]:WAVeform
Aborts the measurement.
The trigger status immediately after the power is turned on is the same as the condition when the ABOR command is sent.
If the ABOR command is sent while measurement is in progress, the measured data remains void.
If the ABOR command is sent when the INIT command has not been sent and the measured data that is held is valid, the measured data is never discarded.
A specific sequence group cannot be specified with the ABOR command. It is always interpreted as ALL.
Command
ABORt[:ALL]
*TRG or IEEE488.1 get (Group Execute Trigger)
Activates a software trigger.
Measurement starts when TRIG:SOUR is set to BUS (start the measurement by waiting for a trigger) and the KFM2150 is in a software trigger wait state after receiving the INIT command.
If the KFM2150 is not in a trigger wait state or if the measurement is already started, the trigger is rejected, and an SCPI error (-211,“Trigger ignored”) is generated.
Command
*TRG
Aborts the measurement and resets all panel settings to their default values or the values of the specified memory number.
The measured data that is being held is discarded.
The command *RST;FETC:IMP? results in an SCPI error (-230,“Data corrupt or stale”), because a query is being made when there is no valid measured data and acquisition of new data cannot be expected.
Command
*RCL {1|2|3}
*RST
