Impedance measurement (current interrupt method)

IMP:CURR:PULS:TRAN

Sets the pulse transition time of the current interrupt method.

Returns the pulse transition time of the current interrupt method in the NR3 form in response to IMP:CURR:PULS:TRAN?.

IMP:CURR:PULS:WIDT

Sets the pulse width of the current interrupt method.

Returns the pulse width of the current interrupt method in the NR3 form in response to IMP:CURR:PULS:WIDT?.

IMP:CURR:PULS:DEPT:RAT

Sets the pulse depth of the current interrupt method as a percentage.

Sets the pulse depth of the current interrupt method as a current value.
