Impedance measurement (AC impedance method)

IMP:CURR:AC

Sets the measuring AC current.

Command

[SENSe:]IMPedance:CURRent:AC[:LEVel] {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

[SENSe:]IMPedance:CURRent:AC[:LEVel]?

Parameter

Value: 0 to (rated load current of the PLZ-4W) x 1/10
(The default setting is the present DC load current setting (SOUR:CURR) ?
 Unit: A (RMS)

Table 4 shows the setting that is specified when *RST, *RCL, or MEAS? is sent.

Response

Returns the value of the measuring AC current in the NR3 form in response to IMP:CURR:AC?.

IMP:CURR:AC:RAT

Set the measuring AC current as a percentage of the DC load current.

Command

[SENSe:]IMPedance:CURRent:AC:RATio {<numeric>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

[SENSe:]IMPedance:CURRent:AC:RATio? [{MIN|MAX}]

Parameter

Value: 0 to 10 (default: 10)
Unit: PCT (%)

Table 4 shows the setting that is specified when *RST, *RCL, or MEAS? is sent.

Response

Returns the percentage of the measuring AC current in the NR3 form in response to IMP:CURR:AC:RAT?.

IMP:CURR:AC:FREQ

Sets the measuring frequency.

[SENSe:]IMPedance:CURRent:AC:FREQuency? [{MIN|MAX}]

Parameter

Value: 0.01 to 20 000 (default: 20 000)
Resolution: 1.00, 1.26, 1.58, 2.00, 2.51, 3.00, 3.16, 4.00, 5.00, 6.00, 6.30, 7.00, 8.00, 9.00 sequence with a resolution of 14 points/decade
 Unit: HZ

Response

Returns the value of the measuring frequency in the NR1 form in response to IMP:CURR:AC:FREQ?.
